The warranty-registered owner of the caddy is entitled to free repair or replacement (only if not reparable) of covered body parts for the two-year period following the date of original purchase. This includes tubing, chassis, wheels, and connecting parts. This warranty will not cover any failure or damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglected treatment, improper maintenance, results of damage caused by any persons and/or if used for reasons other than its intended purpose. All shipping and handling charges are the sole responsibility of the warranty-registered owner.
Samsway Golf USA offers a full 18-MONTH warranty on all Samsway Golf USA electric golf caddy motors and electrical components.
The warranty-registered owner of the caddy is entitled to free repair or replacement (only if not reparable) of covered motor and electrical components for the 18-month period following the date of original purchase. This warranty will not cover any failure or damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglected treatment, improper maintenance, results of damage caused by any persons and/or if used for reasons other than its intended purpose. All shipping and handling charges are the sole responsibility of the warranty-registered owner.
Samsway Golf USA offers a full ONE-YEAR warranty on all Samsway Golf USA electric golf caddy batteries, battery chargers, and remote controls.
The warranty-registered owner of the caddy is entitled to free repair or replacement (only if not reparable) of covered battery, battery charger, and remote control (included in The Birdie Series models) for the one-year period following the original date of purchase. This warranty will not cover any failure or damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglected treatment, improper maintenance, results of damage caused by any persons and/or if used for reasons other than its intended purpose. All shipping and handling charges are the sole responsibility of the warranty-registered owner.
Procedures for registering your Samsway Golf USA products:
In order to validate your warranty and claim a warranty-registered owner status.
1. Please completely fill out the warranty card.
2. Provide the original receipt for Samsway Golf USA product purchase,
3. Include Proof of Purchase on box.

Procedures for filing a warranty claim within the United States:
1. For purchases made within the United States, please contact Samsway Golf USA Customer Service at 650.692.2848 to request a claim form or download a claim form online by visiting us at www.samswaygolf.com
2. Complete the claim form, documenting the cause of the failure. Sign and return form accompanied by failed warranted products and copy of receipt as proof of purchase to the following:

3. Once the warranty department receives and validates your warranty claim, we guarantee we will ship your repaired and/or replaced (if not repairable) warranty part within 90 days. If not, we will replace your Samsway Electric Golf Caddy with a brand-new one.
Disclosure notice: Samsway Golf USA reserves the right to change and/or cancel warranties at any time without prior notice, however warranties for existing registered owners will continue to be valid. This warranty will be null and void for warranty-registered owners who falsely and/or fraudulently file claims. Samsway Golf USA reserves the right to exercise our legal rights to recover all damages and/or losses.
